Suse E. Vidal

Raised in Brooklyn, Suse has been with the firm for over 25 years. Since that time she has been the cornerstone of the office. She is the exclusive legal assistant to the founder of the firm, Joseph G. Costello. Her area of expertise is Real Estate. In that capacity she prepares contracts, related documents, assists clients with their mortgage financing and coordinates closings and handles post closing duties. In addition to Real Estate Suse has learned the area of Estates and Estate Planning. This includes the preparation of Estate Planning documents including Wills, Health Care Proxies, Powers of Attorneys and Living Wills.
